Oh my curly hair

A week or so ago my mom and dad headed out on their yearly summer trip and asked me to water their plants while I was gone. This is not the easiest task, since they live about 30 minutes away and the water has to stay on for two hours. When they got back they gave me with a gift card for a pedicure or something like that at our local cosmetology school as a thank-you. I really debated on the pedi but thought maybe, just maybe I would try a perm one more time. It is risky to do that at the cosmo school because you make get the person who doesn't know what they are doing. Fortunately for me I got the girl who knows exactly what she is doing. YAY! So now I have very curly, no-fuss hair. It needs to calm down a bit but it will in about a week. And after my gc of $20 it only cost me $10 plus tip. Very reasonable!
Then today I went for my yearly check-up with my pulmonary specialsit. I love him, I wish he could be my normal doctor. But alas no. He said that to avoid possible flair-ups of my asthma-like situation I should avoid overly odorous adventures. So it seems that I should probably avoid perms in the future. But I like my curly hair! I like to breathe easy more so.
